Pictures

Good morning, I hope everyone had a great weekend. We had a good one, but it sure was busy. Friday Jimmy surprised me with a date night. Jim's parents took the kids and we went to Fast Eddies and Deavers. It was fun. I think I drank a little to much, but it was nice to get out with my husband and have some fun. Saturday we didn't do much as I think we both were a little hungover. We did go get the kids pictures done Saturday evening. I was really happy with them. The kids did really good. Sunday was super busy. My day started at 6am. I cleaned and did laundry, Jim helped out and then he did some work out back on the shed. He had to totally redo the doors. I think we worked and cleaned all day. I also planted some mums out front. Anyway, enjoy the pics. Love, The Westrich's.

This Weekend...

Hello all, it's been a while since my last post. This weekend was pretty busy. Jim was out of town hunting. Friday took Aubrey to the doctor. She has her second double ear infection. I asked when she could get tubes. Well, she has to have 4 infections within 4-6 months before they send her to a specialist. I couldn't remember how it went. I think we waited a little to long with Jackson. I think we learned from that and know a little better this time around with Aubrey. My parents came over and we got ready to have a garage sale. Saturday had the garage sale, went to Sams, went and got Jackson some new tennis shoes, went to the grocery store, and just hung out. Sunday cleaned then cleaned some more, went to the pumpkin patch, and then came home and had my parents and Nick over for some homemade chili. It turned out pretty good for my first time making it.
We had fun at the pumpkin patch. It was actually kind of hot. Jackson picked out his pumpkin and he also picked his little sisters pumpkin out for her.
Aubrey is getting so big. She is about 16.5 lbs. and is 90% in weight, 95% in height, and 100%+ in head size! She is so strong and smiles ALL the time.
Jackson is super sweet to his sister - always wanting to help. He has been talking so much! He is fun, but also challenging at times. He is a sweet boy. He has been doing terrifc at brushing his teeth. He was so nice helping me pick the house up today. Very helpful. Well, I gotta get ready for bed. Hope you enjoyed the pictures. Love, The Westrich's

Montauk Trip

We went to Montaukthis weekend. It was wonderful! Aubrey stayed with Mama and Papa Westrich and Jackson got to take his first Montauk fishing trip with me and Jim. Some of our friends came along - Tom, Katrina, Karissa, Brent, Amy, Collin. The kids played so good together. We got down there Friday night had dinner at the lodge then went back to the cabins and hung out in Brent and Amy's cabin. The kids played then they all fell asleep together on the floor watching T.V. Saturday morning we woke up early and went TROUT FISHING!! The buzzer went off and Jim helped Jackson fish it was so cool. Jackson caught 3 fish - two with Jim and one with me. The Behles were catching fish, and Brent as well. Saturday turned out to be a beautiful day. After fishing we went back to the cabins and had breakfast. The men went fishing and the ladies and kiddo's took a happy nappy. Once the kids woke up we went to the hatchery. It was neat to watch the kids. After that we headed back to the cabins to get some lunch and the kids played T-ball. Katrina made us some yummy martini's and the boys finally got back. We headed up to the playground for a while. That evening we came back to the cabins got dinner going. It was a WONDERFUL dinner. Tom fried trout, Brent grilled chicken, Jim made asparagus, Amy, Katrina, and Karissa made cheesy potatoes and salad. I put some rolls in the oven (LOL). The kids took a bath together after dinner and later that night Tom and Katrina made smores! Super YUMMY!!! Jackson passed out on the kitchentable before they were done. Once the kids went to bed the adults got our drink on. The men hung out outside while us COOLMOMS played drinking games in the kitchen. It was a lot of fun. Saturday night it rained a ton. The camp grounds were evacuated. We got up in the morning got packed and headed out. We were going to cook breakfast, but we had lost power overnight in the storm so we couldn't. It was a good trip. Wish we cold have stayed longer....

Joe and Lauren's wedding

Hello All, well we had Joe and Lauren's wedding this weekend. It was really nice, but man was it HOT out! Jackson looked so cute in his tux. He was excited to wear it, but once we were outside for a while he just got to hot. He ended up not walking down the isle with Sophie. He stood behind a tree until I dragged him to the van so he could get in to cool down. Aubrey looked so cute in her green and pink dress with her pink bow. Nicky, Josie, and Sophie looked so cute!! The girls are beautiful and Nicky so handsome. The reception was really pretty. Jackson did much better at the reception. He was a dancing machine. He came up to me took my hand and said "mommy dance" he is just the sweetest. We slow danced for the first time!! :) We left the reception a little early as my kids were done. I ended up going to pick Nick, Josie, and Sophie up from the reception later. Sophie was crying and didn't want to leave so I told her I'd get her some ice cream if she would leave. She stopped crying as soon as I said that and was out the door. We ended up going to Dairy Queen and eating inside. It was fun to hang out with them. They are such good kids. I love them so much. I think they had a really good time at the wedding/reception. Anyway, overall we had a great day.
